What is Epipresto?

Epipresto is an online grocery delivery platform. On one hand, we allow consumers to shop online at local grocery stores. We want to showcase the wealth of products from here and elsewhere offered by local and specialized grocers and shops, all while having the lowest possible environmental impact. On the other hand, in the digital age, we allow local grocery stores to have an online presence.

How does it work?

It’s simple: :

1- Order your favorite products in a few clicks: Add the products you want to your basket and proceed to payment. Remember that you can order in several grocery stores in the same order, at the same prices as in store!

2- We take care of your order: Our shoppers are trained to choose the freshest products and serve you with a smile. Your well-being is our priority.

3- Receive your order today: We deliver to you today or in the time frame you choose.

How do I create my account?

At the top right, click on the little "man" to the left of the "basket". Then click on "create an account" and enter the requested information. You can also start shopping and adding products to your cart, and you will be asked to create your account when you proceed to checkout.

How much does the delivery cost?

Nos frais d’assemblage et de plateforme s'élèvent à 8.96$ pour le premier commerce ajouté dans le panier. Puis 1,99$ pour chaque nouveau commerce additionnel. Les frais de livraison sont quant à eux fixés à 9,99$. Pour vous, on ne compte pas les kilomètres. Les frais de livraison restent fixes. Nous souhaitons vous fournir un service de qualité exceptionnelle.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes, we offer  3 subscription options!! We want to make sure you never miss a thing, so we offer subscriptions that reflect our desire to serve you. Depending on your needs, each option will give you peace of mind with unlimited free delivery. Yes it's not a joke you heard right, free and unlimited delivery!

What are your delivery hours?

Our delivery hours are from 12pm to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Contrary to what you might think, we are not late risers who love to sleep in the morning. At dawn, our shoppers wander the grocery stores with a huge motivation to satisfy all your desires.

What is your delivery area?

We deliver everywhere on the island of Montreal, from Pierrefonds to the East of the island, even Nuns' Island. And we will be on time, we promise!

What is the minimum required to place an order?

The minimum required for each order is $49.99

Where do the products come from?

The products we have come from local groceries with whom we have established a partnership. You will find the list of our partners on our home page.

What about prices?

The prices of the products are identical to the prices in store. It is our partner businesses that set prices and update them.

What happens if the product I ordered is no longer available in store?

Our partners do their utmost to make all the products displayed on our online store available to you. However, in some situations or due unexpected demand, some products may no longer be available. When a product is out of stock, your shopper will systematically contact you to let you know the two possibilities: 1 - If our partner offers an equivalent product, which we also call a substitute product, you will then have the choice to accept it or not. If you accept the substitute product, the price difference will be adjusted on your final invoice. If you refuse it, it will be deducted from your final invoice and you will receive a refund. 2 - If our partner does not offer a product that can replace the ordered product, you will then be notified and we will deduct the unavailable product from your final invoice.

What happens if a product I would like to order is not displayed on your site?

We strive to provide you with the maximum choice and, every week, we are expanding our product range. However, you may not be able to find some of the products you are looking for. You have a solution, write to us via our chat system, our contact form or directly in the "notes" section of your shopping cart. We will add the requested products to your order.

Can I ask you the impossible?

The impossible does not exist at Epipresto! Our shoppers are trained to tackle all obstacles, even the most perilous: the endless lines at grocery stores, the unbearable heat, the dragons, nothing scares us. For you, we are capable of anything. Write to us via the contact form or via our online chat system and we will be happy to show you how tailor-made our service is. Trying Epipresto means adopting it!

Can I modify my order?

Of course! To do this, you can send us a message via the contact form or via our online chat system. On D-Day, you will also be able to chat with your shopper if you have special requests. Of course, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly depending on the products you have requested to add and it will be emailed to you.
